House of Dev Technology proudly congratulates **Lazada** on a remarkable achievement in its 14th anniversary celebration campaign — setting **two new Guinness World Records™ records** simultaneously across four countries: **Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines**.

This achievement represents more than just a creative milestone for a regional brand. It demonstrates the power of combining technology with exceptional participant experiences on a global scale.

## Flowent – Event Flow & Experience Platform

House of Dev Technology was honored to be part of this historic moment through **Flowent – Event Flow & Experience Platform**, our Event Tech solution designed to deliver smooth, accurate, and efficient event management experiences.

Built around the concept of **“Seamless Experience,”** Flowent helps organizations manage large-scale attendee flows effectively while enabling brands to maximize engagement with participants through reliable and accurate data management.

## Supporting Over 1,550 Attendees with Real-Time Operations

At **Lazada Run Wellness Fest 2026**, Flowent played a key role in managing **real-time Registration and Check-in / Check-out systems**.

The platform helped deliver a faster, smoother, and more organized experience for attendees while ensuring highly accurate data processing — a critical factor in verifying and confirming results for the Guinness World Records™ achievements.
