The real challenge is **choosing the right technology** and connecting it with real business problems." At **ETDA Live: SMEs GROWTH 2026** on April 29, **Ms. Chonthicha Phankwan, CEO & Co-founder of House of Dev Technology**, shared insights from her experience working with entrepreneurs across more than 8 provinces in Thailand. The discussion reflected that Thai SMEs are increasingly ready and open to adopting digital technology. However, the key challenge remains selecting the right tools and applying technology to solve business problems effectively.   ![ETDA PR FB 2](https://www.houseofdev.tech/hs-fs/hubfs/ETDA%20PR%20FB%202.jpg?width=677&height=677&name=ETDA%20PR%20FB%202.jpg) ## 3 Key Insights from Real-World Experience   ### 1. See Problems as a “System,” Not Just Individual Issues Business challenges do not happen in isolated areas. They are connected across the entire organization — from asset management and data management to operational decision-making. Therefore, solving problems should not simply involve adopting multiple disconnected software systems. Organizations need to look at the bigger picture to understand true costs and identify opportunities for improvement.   ### 2. Technology Must Create “Impact,” Not Just Be a “Tool” SMEs are not against technology. They want to clearly understand the value and results they will gain from their investment. Great technology is not only about having advanced features. It should help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.   ### 3. The Power of Collaboration The **SMEs GROWTH** project demonstrates the importance of collaboration between government organizations, funding sources, and Digital Providers to help SMEs access suitable technology and grow sustainably. When all sectors work together, SMEs are not only able to begin their digital transformation journey but also continue moving forward with confidence.   “Digital is not the complete answer. Using Digital in the right way is what truly transforms businesses.” — Ms. Chonticha Pankwan House of Dev Technology is proud to be part of supporting Thai entrepreneurs through digital solutions designed around real business needs. We continue to help SMEs overcome limitations and create new opportunities for sustainable growth in the future. 📺 Watch the replay of ETDA Live EP.2 here: [https://www.facebook.com/100064693.../videos/982872977538793](https://www.facebook.com/100064693.../videos/982872977538793) [HOD](https://www.houseofdev.tech/en/blog/tag/hod) ### Related Posts ###### [VERSCAN Roadshow x depa Hat Yai, Songkhla: Driving Businesses Toward a Digital Future](https://www.houseofdev.tech/en/blog/verscan-roadshow-x-depa-hat-yai-songkhla-driving-businesses-toward-a-digital-future?hsLang=en) The VERSCAN team, in collaboration with the **Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), Lower Southern Region Branch**, traveled to Hat Yai, Songkhla to... ###### [VERSCAN Roadshow x depa Chiang Mai: Inspiring Businesses Toward a Digital Future](https://www.houseofdev.tech/en/blog/verscan-roadshow-x-depa-chiang-mai-inspiring-businesses-toward-a-digital-future?hsLang=en) The VERSCAN team, in collaboration with the **Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), Upper Northern Region Branch**, traveled to Chiang Mai to organize... ###### [VERSCAN Roadshow x depa @Khon Kaen: Empowering SMEs Through Digital Technology](https://www.houseofdev.tech/en/blog/verscan-roadshow-x-depa-khon-kaen-empowering-smes-through-digital-technology?hsLang=en) House of Dev Technology brought **VERSCAN Roadshow** to the event **“AI - Business Matching for SMEs @Central Isan”** at the Digital Economy Promotion Agency... ![logo-1](https://www.houseofdev.tech/hubfs/logo-1.png "logo-1") House of Dev Technology ® ISO/IEC 29110 [SLA](https://www.houseofdev.tech/sla?hsLang=en) [Privacy Policy](https://www.houseofdev.tech/privacy-policy?hsLang=en)   [Follow us on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/houseofdevtech) [Follow us on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/houseofdevtech/) [Follow us on Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/houseofdevtech/) - [Home](https://www.houseofdev.tech) - [About](https://www.houseofdev.tech/aboutus) - [Solutions](https://www.houseofdev.tech/productsandservices) - [Blog](https://www.houseofdev.tech/en/blog) - [Investor Relations](https://www.houseofdev.tech/investorrelations) - [Career](https://www.houseofdev.tech/career) - [Contact](https://www.houseofdev.tech/contactus) ##### Our Office House of Dev Technology Co., Ltd.
