job description
- Logically design a software products that are easy to use, stylish and considering to account business needs and technical limitations using the UX Design process
- Doing the user research to understand the user groups and apply what we learn to improve the user experience
- Designing the user journey of the user and design it as a stylish user interface
- Presenting the design and collect feedback to improve the work
- Communicating, coordinating and monitoring the work results, working with the team to obtain the software product according to the design cost
- Collaborating with a team and developers to design the functionality of the system to achieve software that is useful for users and businesses
- Collaborating with customers or business development to develop solutions that meet business needs and solve problems for business and society
qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Understanding concepts in web development and limitations of website development
- Having a basic in layout, choosing fonts and great spacing
- Interested in design, keep studying, researching various design guidelines and keeping up with trends
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with the team
- Performing assigned responsibilities and tasks efficiently and effectively
- Experienced with basic design programs such as Figma, Adobe Premier , Photoshop etc.
- 1-3 year of working experience
responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing and understanding user requirements and expectations from stakeholders
- In UX Design: Designing user journey, work flow with human center
- In UI Design: Designing user stories, wireframe and prototype with user friendly, aesthetic both website and mobile
- Testing UI elements such as usability testing, AB testing and others to ensure optimal design
- Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external team
