Another successful and inspiring milestone! The "Cloud Transformation Local Connect: Connecting Cities, Data, and Futures #2" officially concluded on July 16, 2026, at Le Cassia Hotel, Khon Kaen Province. The event was proudly co-organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES) and the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa).
The event commenced with a prestigious opening ceremony presided over by Mr. Yutthana Phothivihok, Vice Governor of Khon Kaen Province, who delivered an insightful keynote speech titled “Transforming Khon Kaen into Isan’s Smart Innovation Hub.” Special appreciation is also extended to the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) Lower Central Isan Branch, alongside distinguished panelists and speakers who shared valuable perspectives on driving local governments into the digital era.
Driving the Cloud First Policy Toward Smart Cities
Throughout the event, the VERSCAN Asset Management team witnessed incredible readiness and enthusiasm from Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs) and public sector agencies across the Northeastern region. Participants showed strong commitment to embracing the Cloud First Policy to accelerate Thailand's transition toward a true "Digital Government" and "Smart City."
