  • Gathering and analyzing the requirement from the customers

  • Determining the details of working plans and the procedures in the designing, installing, testing and inspecting

  • Managing various costs in the project implementation

  • Making documents and reports on sales

  • Assigning work, controlling and supervising the team in accordance with the specified working plan and overseeing the entire project operation to be efficient

  • Monitoring and evaluateing project progress and report results to internal and external stakeholders to track progress and identify obstacles. Provide regular updates on the project's status to ensure transparency and effective communication within the organization and with external partners

  • Managing conflicts that arise between projects

  • Coordinating with other projects to ensure the successful implementation of all departmental projects and effectively reach the goal

  • Conducting project inspection reports

  • Supervising and inspecting various documents related to the project's operation

  • Working on Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (7.5 hours work, 1 hour break)

qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field

  • Good commitment to work

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledgeable and proficient in using the internet and the website

  • Follow up on the project's progress and pay attention to every step of the work

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Have a good attitude and friendly

  • 2 years of working experience

responsibilities
  • Managing project budget and allocating resources appropriately

  • Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues upon requests and distribute validation results to internal and external stakeholders

  • Managing changes to the project's scope, schedule and costs using appropriate methods

  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project and reporting the results to internal and external stakeholders

  • Risk management is used to reduce project risk
